This is good servant leadership

Good servant leadership is pushing yourself to set an example so that your employees willfully choose to commit more to their jobs.

The keyword here is “willfully”.

It’s not a matter of requirement for your employees to work extra hours, through weekends or skip holidays just because you do. The harmony occurs when employees are inspired by your efforts and are motivated themselves to do more.

When this happens, they do so because they genuinely want to, not because you’ve asked them to.
