It’s natural to want to blame

Seeing something from someone else’s point of view is impossible unless they talk to you.

When you have zero information, it’s easy to be upset with the situation and with whoever’s causing it because it’s natural to try and follow rabbit holes of possibilities and get yourself wound up by all of the blame that you internalise.

However, just because you have zero information, it doesn’t mean that there isn’t a reason for what’s happened.

Maybe you’re right. Maybe the blame you want to place is justified.

But, maybe there’s an understandable reason.

Instead of focusing on the emotional blame, why don’t you focus your energy on getting more information?
