Not all days are perfect. Not all days go how we want them to. We can feel guilty and pressured to force it back on track, however, we often find that we just build the stress until it has us pulling our hair out.
The honest truth is that all of us have days that don’t go like we want them to. We all have days where we can’t accomplish what we want to get done. Some days just aren’t your day. Once we accept this, we can move on. It’s just a day, there will be many more, and tomorrow, you’ll be even more motivated to get it right.
